Common questions

What you probably want to know before booking a call

Do we need Data Cloud to get started?
No. Agentforce runs on top of your existing Salesforce org — Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or any standard object. Data Cloud can enhance it later, but it's not a prerequisite. We built our practice around this constraint deliberately.
What Salesforce licenses do we need?
You need an active Salesforce org with Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, plus Agentforce licenses (Einstein for Service or Einstein for Sales). We confirm the exact requirements during discovery — no surprises before you commit.
What happens after the 90 days?
You get fully documented agents running in your production org, with your team trained to manage and extend them. We don't create dependency — everything is handed off clean. Post-sprint support is available, but you won't need us to keep the lights on.
Our data isn't very clean. Is that a problem?
It depends on the use cases we scope together. Some agents work fine with imperfect data; others need cleaner inputs. That's exactly what discovery is for — we assess your actual data state before locking scope, so we only commit to what we can deliver.
How is this different from a large SI or going directly to Salesforce?
Large SIs staff projects with junior resources and take 12–18 months to deliver. Salesforce sells licenses, not implementations. We're a senior-only team that has already built these use cases in production — the people who designed the solution are the ones who deliver it, in 90 days.
What if our needs change mid-sprint?
We scope deliberately in discovery so this rarely happens. If it does, small adjustments are absorbed; major pivots get discussed and re-scoped transparently. You always know where you stand.
